The tracking said the small package was delivered but I got nothing. Aliexpress dispute doesnt rule in my favor. I made an Appeal, but. I contacted my local Post Office. They told me nothing else can be done, since the mailman did deliver the package. I contacted the Post Canada central. They told me an investigation will be made, but if the package is lost, the seller would have to file a claim with China Post. I told the seller all this. Even suggested him to refund via PayPal OR to send the rings again OR to give a discount on the next order. He keeps telling me to contact my Post Office and Aliexpress. I feel strongly he doesnt care and doesnt want to help. Others sellers would either refund me, send the items back or offer me a discount on my next order. Aliexpress online service is only the EVA Bot. I file a claim with PayPal. Hope they will give me my money back. Even though its not the seller fault if the order ended up being lost, this is a mess! I wont order again.
